This tool is useful for artists as well as programmers. For example : if someone wants to position objects in the scene while in the play mode. Currently, unity does not allow to do that.
This is where this tool comes into place. The person has to only save the data in the play mode and load the data back in the scene view. This way they can save all the changes without having to remember any values.

2. Build a grid using GameObjects:
This tool is extremely useful in making prototypes for game that consist of grid. For example : Chess or tic tac toe
Input : rows , columns, start point, offset x and y.
3. Add scripts, collider and rigidbody to multiple GameObjects:
This tool helps to add different scripts, colliders, rigidbody to multiple object protraying similar behavior in the game.
4. Rim lighting shader:
This shader creates a rim on the object in the direction of light. Input to this shader is: Shininess, spec color, rim color, ri power, attenuation and texture.
